Dwan Courtney is the Director of UF Small Business & Supplier Diversity. In her role, she oversees the promotion and facilitation of small business use by UF departments and academic units. Through collaborative relationships with campus, the local community, agencies and business leaders, she develops programs and services aimed to encourage and support small business participation in the university procurement opportunities. 

 

As Vice President of ABFS, she offers leadership support to the President, performs duties of the President (in his absence), serves as an ex-officio member of all committee and performs such other duties as may be prescribed by the Association and the Executive Committee. Her goal is help bolster membership and foster greater community within the association.
